MD in Integrative Medicine
The core curriculum of our College of Integrative Medicine is based on curricula of leading medical schools in the USA. The curriculum integrates the
biological, social, behavioral, and clinical sciences over a five-year period. The integrative nature of the curriculum of our College incorporates the Vedic approach to health. In this regard a central organizing theme throughout the curriculum is the study of the eight major organ systems of the body, examined in light of modern medicine and Ayurveda.
The curriculum will integrate the current modern understanding of disease and treatment with the ancient Vedic understanding, as revived by UMLAC’s international faculty, under the inspiration of the University’s founder, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Master’s Degree General Requirements
Completion of FOR 500 Science of Creative Intelligence or STC 508 Science and Technology of Consciousness, plus an additional Forest Academy for each semester in which the student is enrolled for at least 4 blocks.
